Scholarship Bash
The Scholarship Bash is Carrabassett Valley Academy’s only fundraising event to raise money for tuition assistance. Each year, CVA awards financial aid to over half the student population. Your support helps us make the CVA experience available to student-athletes that otherwise could not afford it.

Buy A Raffle Ticket
The Scholarship Bash in-person event is a fun-filled evening featuring a live auction, food, drinks, and good friends. Please join us!
Cost: $100 each. Only 500 tickets sold.
Each ticket provides:
- A chance to win the $10,000 grand prize. (Need not be present to win.)
- Entry for 2 to the in-person event on March 22nd, 7-9 pm in The Bill & Joan Alfond Competition Center.
Raffle Tickets go on sale on February 1, 2025.
- Tickets will be available online for anyone in the State of Maine. The link is coming soon.
- Tickets are sold in person at Mountainside Real Estate, Downhill Supply Company, and Carrabassett Valley Academy (at the Capricorn on Rt. 27 and the Academic Center on Begins Way).
All proceeds support the CVA Scholarship Fund. Get yours before they're gone.
Bid on an Auction Item
The proceeds from all auction items benefit the CVA Scholarship Fund. Auction items are added daily.
In-Person Auction: Please join us at the in-person event on March 22nd for a chance to bid on items and experiences including a locker in the Comp Center, securing your spot in the CVA Weekend Program, and a Sugarloaf season pass with no blackout dates!
Can't make it in person but want to bid on a live auction item? Reach out to Melissa Fogg to make your proxy bid.
Online Auction opens following the live event, March 22nd at 9 PM EST, and ends on March 30th at 7 PM EST.

CVA is actively seeking sponsors for our event. Join us in support of this can’t-miss, in-person live event, and auction, and help make our Big Dog's dreams come true. Your support directly benefits the CVA Scholarship Fund.
Sponsorship opportunities start at $500 to accommodate any budget. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law. CVA has an IRS 501C3 tax-free status.

DONATE AN AUCTION ITEM
CVA is looking for auction items. Auction items may include unique experiences, getaways, tickets, lessons, hard-to-find items or memorabilia, or equipment. For more information, please contact Melissa Fogg. -
RAISE YOUR PADDLE
A paddle raise is a donation or pledge in support of the scholarship fund. You can raise your paddle to donate at the event or, if you’re not able to attend in person, you can pledge to donate any time before or after the event.
